Teltag with insert
The two part set consists of firstly a rigid polycarbonate holder, back printed, so that the details of the equipment can be written on the front surface. This should be permanently affixed to the piece of equipment by either two cable ties or alternatively double sided tape. The second part is the Maintenance Record insert printed on semi-rigid PVC with a matt finish to allow details of the maintenance record to be added with a fine point permanent marker.
